I am a lover of both improvisation and live theatre. I trained at the Upright Citizens Brigade and the Steppenwolf Theatre West. I also am an alumni of the Second City Hollywood sketch show TMI (a weekly Sunday sketch show that parodied TMZ). I am also the founder and director of the Antelope Valley based improv troupe Comedy Illuminati and Antelope Valley Improv Comedy Festival.I teach a number of improv workshops, but the one I am especially passionate about is a workshop that teaches church leaders and church members how to use Improvisation as a ministry to reach the needy. It is not a class rife with the religious or that aims to shove any biased or viewpoints down people's throats, although Christian and spiritual actors/performers will most likely find the most use from it (That being said, if you are a stuck up religious person that is judgemental and hate-mongering... you will hate this class. We are all about love and acceptance.). It is a very unique class and perspective that I have not seen anywhere else. Jesus was a pretty funny dude, and this workshop proves that (among other awesome things)!
