Federico Santelmo is from Venezuela, and is one of those rare breed that try to use both sides of his own brain. Creativity, reason, inspiration and analytics go hand in hand, and the profile that Santelmo has built throughout his career dances between both opposite poles. He started in improvisation theater back in 2013, and in a short time he began to work with the improv's standouts in Venezuela. Founded and directed his own improv group called NDI or NochesDeImpro, which brought for the first time a long-form show in Venezuela. He has expanded his career and participated in international festivals, studied courses and workshops in Bogotá and NYC, and for the last 2 years has teached his own workshops and courses in Caracas (Venezuela), Bogotá (Colombia) and Manila (Philippines). Currently based in Miami.
