Jason's Info
Jason Knauf received a BFA from Colorado State University, with a Minor in Theatre, in 2002. He studied the art of Improvisation in Chicago at Second City, IO, and Annoyance Theater from 2002 to 2008. He moved back to Colorado to work with The Handsome Little Devils to develop "Squirm Burpee Circus: A Vaudevillian Melodrama" which he played the evil Baron Vegan von Hamburger. They headlined Off-Broadway's New Victory Theater in November 2010 in NYC. Since then, Jason continued to perform with many improv troupes and has taught improvisation with The Yes! Lab and Voodoo School of Comedy. He has starred in many commercials and short films. Recently, Jason received a Best Actor award for his performance in King Charles LTD, “UNSEEN" for the 2017 Denver 48 Hour Film Festival, which also won Best of Denver.Current Projects
For the last couple years, I have been teaching improvisation at Voodoo Comedy Playhouse and performing with random groups. I'm currently working on a local comedy series titled MENver with Marty Lyndsey. More info to follow.
