Amy's Info
As Chief Adventure Officer of The Adventure Project, and as a certified laughter yoga leader, Amy Angelilli combines the art of improvisational play with mindfulness exercises and laughter to help others discover their own life adventures. She has facilitated playshops for adult summer camps, spiritual centers, yoga communities, women’s retreats and other organizations. Her immersive play-work focuses on self-discovery and meaningful connections ... and, of course, fun! Currently she is a teaching artist at Limelight Theatre in St. Augustine, Florida where she has created an improv training center to enhance the performing arts offerings of America's oldest city. She has also led her signature improv workshop, "Scenes from the Heart" in Myrtle Beach, SC; West Palm Beach, FL; Boise, ID; Salt Lake City, UT; and, in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. When not teaching, facilitating or planning adventures, she’s usually enjoying meaningful travel or improv shows (of course). Her greatest performance is as herself in “It’s All About Amy” – the improvised story of her life. She also created and produces/directs the award-winning theater experience “3 Blind Dates” – an unscripted romantic comedy that showcases the phenomenon of modern dating. She has performed in the 2020 and 2019 Wasatch Improv Festival, the 2019 and 2018 Countdown Improv Festival, the 2018 Alaska State Improv Festival, the 2017 321 Improv Festival, the 2017 Omaha Improv Festival, the 2017 Miami Improv Festival, the 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2016 Palm Beach Improv Festival, the 2016 Tampa Bay Improv Festival, the 2015 Tampa Improv Festival, the 2015 Boulder International Fringe Festival, the 2015 and 2014 Colorado Improv Festival, Duofest 2015 and the 2014 Denver Improv Festival. For more info: http://www.adventure-project.com
