Dave Hart is an improvisor who has studied at the Arcade Comedy Theater in Pittsburgh, PA. He is currently the captain, and member of Arcades first short form team 8-Bit Classic. Dave is also Arcade Comedy Theater's Education Coordinator for the Arcade Academy.
