Get Out Of Your Fucking Head

"There's something about Cara's teaching style (as well as her performing style and every day self) that not only allowed me to feel comfortable being myself but encouraged me to make big choices and take risks and not hold back, which inevitably made me a more confident, better improviser. Cara's energy is contagious and her own confidence and ability to be herself brings out the best in others. Cara is a blast to learn from, perform with, and be around!!! " - Julia Schroeder

"Cara is both inspiring and encouraging. Her workshop transcends far beyond the stage. She will give you tools to believe in yourself and put that voice in your head to bed. " - Maggie O'Reilly

She teaches different techniques to get out of your head, and fun exercises that will leave you feeling extremely inspired, and excited to take on the world! Cara’s workshop is perfect for improvisers at all levels, and I would highly suggest it to ANY person to take- improviser or not! Whether it’s for the stage or in life ‘The Get The F Out Of Your Head’ workshop helps quiet your mind, and promotes negativity to stop and creativity to flow.
