Jet City Improv is a 135-seat theater in Seattle's University District. We produce three types of shows: (1) Our short-form show ("Jet City Improv", founded in 1992) is fast-paced, audience-interactive, and suitable for all ages, and performs every weekend of the year (2-3 shows per weekend). (2) We also produce Twisted Flicks (founded in 1997), our patented live movie re-dubbing show. (3) We create 6-8 original long-form improvised plays each year, each one running 3-9 weeks.
Our venue features such amenities as comfortable seats, a bar and concessions stand, and air conditioning.
Jet City Improv is a 501(c)3 non-profit improvisational theater
company in Seattle, Washington. Our mission is to enlighten, educate and entertain audiences of all ages
and economic backgrounds utilizing theater's improvisational roots in
order to bring the art of improvisation into the mainstream thought of
everyday culture.
