About Impro Theatre

Impro Theatre was created in 2006. Since then they have performed at such prestigious venues as the Pasadena Playhouse, the Broad Stage, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts and Garry Marshall's Falcon Theatre. Writing about Impro Theatre, American Theatre Magazine said, “These virtuosic talents simply are as superhuman as they seem. These serious professional actors, classically trained, can write on their feet better than many writers can type at a desk. Impro’s work has taught me to demand more from the theatre." Impro Theatre is an Unscripted Repertory Company that has brought innovative, unscripted theatre to Los Angeles and the world. The company’s goal is to take core narrative and style elements of great playwrights and writers, and create a new play using no more than the essence of an author’s work and an audience suggestion.
