About Bus Kai

Bus Kai is a narrative long form improv troupe, based in Athens, Greece. They create stories focused on the lives of two random individuals, who usually come together under unexpected circumstances and suddenly everthing is turned upside down. Since getting together in 2012, they have been performing their weekly show non-stop, along with extra occasional appearances all around the world.

Oh, what their name means. Bus Kai (pronounced "bus ké") is a play on words for a Greek phrase, "Μπας και...", which is pronounced the same way. It means "just in case", "you never know", which they found quite relevant to their art. At that point, they thought "Hey, why not say "bus" instead of "μπας".
