HMS Death formed from the Miles Stroth Workshops and became the first house team for the theater. The team members have collectively graduated from UCB, iO West, Second City, and other theaters throughout the country. Formed in 2012 HMS Death has played a weekly show for over a year after moving from the mainstage of iO West to The Complex theater as part of Miles Stroth Workshop's Long Hard Tuesdays.
HMS has toured several colleges and taught workshops in long form, short form, and sketch comedy.
