Viola Spolin Theater Game Workshop

Sidecoach Aretha Sills invites actors, improvisers, educators, directors, and other players to her Spolin Theater Game workshops. Based on Viola Spolin’s seminal text Improvisation for the Theater, from a lesson plan created by director Paul Sills (creator of The Second City and Story Theater), the workshops are designed to bring a spirit of spontaneity and play to your work and life. Beginners and experienced players are welcome. Aretha Sills offers 10-week workshops regularly in Los Angeles and weekend intensives around the country.
