Playing With Guns: Objects, Space, and Status

Everyone has seen an improv scene with guns. Hardly anyone has seen an improv scene where people honor the presence of a gun and allow it to affect their behavior truthfully. In this workshop we play with guns, treating them iconically and using them to explore status, relationship, and character. It doesn't matter if you're a fan of premise and game, like playing organic, or shoot for a narrative - learning how objects and spacework affects your status can bring your scenes back to life. You'll leave with a few easy and fun strategies for creating characters and exploring the dynamics of relationships in scenes.
