The "How" and the "Why"

We've all heard about the Who, What, and Where in improv scenes, but the real source of comedy gold is in the How and the Why. In this special workshop, we will teach you to focus on how our characters are interacting, catching all of the small gifts we give each other without realizing it. We'll also explore justifying this behavior by answering the question "Why?”, giving your characters a playable point of view and game onstage. If you'd like new tools to find and play the small gifts that others breeze over, listen to what's "behind the words," use self-awareness onstage to find the gifts we unconsciously set up for ourselves, and justify offers in a playable way, don't miss this workshop.
