A Better Harold

There are many interpretations of what the Harold is, how it should be approached, and why it is important to improv (The Harold is often referred to as "the Grandfather of Improv"). This extended workshop is an in-depth exploration into the structure, patterns, themes, and stories that make up The Harold. By combining ideologies from iO Chicago, UCB, and Narrative Improvisation, we can find more inside of this structure than we ever realized were there, find ways to energize and improve our improv brains and impulses that we can apply to all formats and structures.
