Improvised Movie

The Improvised Movie was pioneered by Del Close and the legendary team The Family while exploring new and different ways to expand (and explode) the Harold. We delve into this classic form and learn the skills necessary to improvise movies including camera technique, use of genre, scene painting and the teepee method of storytelling. ​ If you love movies and you love improv, then this is the class for you! This workshop can be taught in a variety of formats. 3 hour workshop- get an overview and skills needed to develop this form 6-12 hour workshops- dig deep into the Improvised Movie and leave with the ability to perform a blockbuster to audiences!
