Coaching

This workshop is entry is and for all of these activities. Any of these can be booked while I'm in town for a show or festival or for local performers in the OC and surrounding areas at anytime. 1. A coaching session with a team. ($30 an hour) 2. A 1 on 1 training session. ($30 an hour) 3. A workshop about coaching. (Negotiated workshop agreement) 1. A Team Coaching Session I would love the opportunity to do a coaching session. Before the session, I will talk with team leadership and members available to see the current state of the team, From there I'll tailor the experience to meet the current needs of your team, perform an individual diagnostic while giving positive and direct notes to help individuals choose a personal mission of growth in improv. I will work to make that work benefit the team as a whole. Performance schedule permitting I will see your show and provide direct and effective feedback at a later date. 2. A 1 on 1 Coaching Session. This session will consist of a guided effective discussion, to see where you are struggling and succeeding as a performer and teammate and seeing where you want to be as a player. From this information, we will work through exercises together to make break throughs and create best practices to help you choose and achieve your performer mission. I will also, schedule permitting, watch a performance and provide feedback. 3. A Workshop on Coaching. Creating effective coaches is a must for communities to next level their quality and consistency. I'll share the strategies I've accrued through a decade of coaching. I will also provide my experiences and thoughts on specific issues ailing your coaching experience, while leading a guided conversation to create a connected community of coaches to benefit your theaters.
