In this three hour workshop, master level 1 instructor Kat Brown will lead the staff through an experience focused on bridging the beginner and expert experience. You've got your core team-- but how can you make sure that the teachers can be taught? Train with FCI's Director of Training to work on re-establishing a beginner's mindset, learn fun new workouts, and spend time as a staff.
