Silence and Emotion

Silence and emotion are two of the most powerful, and underused, tools an improviser has to work with on stage. Strong emotional choices give characters depth andmake choices easier for the performer.Silence gives scenes time to breathe, for tension to grow and give more power to the performers on stage. This workshop will help performers make stronger emotional choices, become more comfortable with silence, learn how to move scenes forward without speaking and build scenes using emotion.
