Creating Characters

Do you find yourself stuck playing the same characters or yourself every scene? Not sure how to create new, dynamic characters? Do you have trouble knowing how your character would respond? This workshop explores how to quickly and easily create new, intriguing, and different characters through the use of your own bodies and physicality, music, character truths, status, and emotions. It will also show how these characters can be used in any scene, no matter the topic, and that simple character techniques will allow informed choices to be made easily. It has several exercises that participants can bring back to their own theaters.
