How often do we throw out words like rice at a wedding -- frantic, well-intentioned, and sure to end in a mess of downy gristle? And how often do we speak like the vows themselves -- theatrical, severe, and "capital-I Important"? In this workshop, we will explore ways to communicate with greater ease and efficiency, all while eschewing that annoying full body panic.
