Connected Mindfulness
This workshop is a blend of mindfulness techniques, improv games, and meditation. It offers immediately usable tools to receive the benefits of enhanced focus, presence, active listening and connection all through the fun filter of improv. This practice centers around self-awareness as a means to connect to other people and using improv as a tool to get there. This workshop is super dope. *This class can be offered in-person or virtually. All levels welcome!
