Laura's Info
Laura Manasewich is a performer and instructor at the Sea Tea Comedy Theater in Hartford, CT. The former Associate Artistic Director, she performs with the house teams Romantic Baby (monoscene), and Grantch (Armando). Laura teaches improv classes spanning intro to improv, character, game, scene work basics, and monoscene, as well as sketch.She co-produced the Hartford Improv Festival from 2014-2018. In addition to improv, Laura hosts a monthly improv mixer, and stand up showcase.
Laura performs stand up comedy throughout the country. She competed in the 2018 She Devil Comedy Festival and was a finalist in the 2018 North Shore's Last Comic Standing.
Laura has studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in NYC and has studied online writing through Gotham Writers Workshop and Second City Online.
Laura has performed comedy all over the east coast, as well as in Chicago and Cleveland with Sea Tea Improv. She loves traveling, meeting new friends with similar passions and seeing what's cool in new places. Laura is always seeking opportunities to learn more and get better.
